Liquid Silicone Rubber
Silicone is an inorganic polymer composed of siloxane bonds (Si-O-Si), offering both inorganic stability and organic flexibility.
Its strong and stable siloxane structure provides excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, dielectric properties, and weatherability with minimal change across temperature ranges.
Silicone polymers have low surface energy due to their methyl groups, giving them unique properties such as low surface reactivity, strong release characteristics, and ease of flow. These qualities make silicone an ideal material for electronic applications such as LED devices, IGBT modules, and PCB protection, where electrical insulation and durability are essential.
With various grades and curing methods available, silicone sealants can be selected and formulated to meet a wide range of performance requirements.
